my full course menu

I recently reread Toriko which was a manga I very much enjoyed when I was growing up. In the manga there is a concept of a “Full Course Menu” which is an individual’s ultimate meal. It contains the following courses: Hors d’Oeuvre, Soup, Fish Dish, Meat Dish, Main Course, Salad, Dessert, Drink.
This will be a living document as I build out my ultimate meal. The dishes will be selected by the greatest taste impact I had whilst eating the dish / memorability. For now I will choose not include homemade dishes.
I have determined some candidate dishes:
